Do you know your medication well? Do you know how to indicate the active principle? Do you sometimes forget the shots? Do you have a complete list of the medications you are taking? And what does your mother use?
Remember, developed by the Observatory for the Safety of the Patient of Andalusia, allows you to draw up a complete list with the medication of as many people as you need, to be able to compare it with the professionals when you need health care, something that is a recommendation of the World Organization itself of Health (WHO).
It is designed so that you can familiarize yourself with the active principle, the dose, the way to take it and why; and to set alarms that remind you of the time of the shot.
To make it easier, you can now add medications by simply scanning the bar code and, automatically, they will be loaded into your list from the medication database of the Online Drug Information Center (CIMA) of the Spanish Medicines Agency, the more complete that exists in Spain, and that is updated daily. In addition, you can add medications manually, if this is more convenient for you.
You will be able to consult a file of the same with its complete prospect and notices in case it is a medicine that could affect the driving or that is subject to an additional follow-up of your safety.
RecuerdaMed has been created with the collaboration of a group of experts (doctors, nurses, pharmacists ...) in safe use of medication and with the participation of the Patient School.
